BBQ.

Today's (15june) BBQ was great, even though it ended early at 1215am instead of 6am. Well, met Matt at 415pm below my block and we took a cab down to East Coast.

A family there was at a pit and they insisted that they booked the pit that i had booked. :/ Both the woman and her husband were just plain rude. Guess they have a company bbq. In the end, they gave way and let me use it. 20minutes later, another colleague of them came over and informed us that they had booked pit 41 & 42 instead. (mine was 40) And asked for a swap with 42 and 40 because 41 & 42 are far apart. Without hesitating, i rejected straight away. There was no apology on behalf of his colleague and there was no reason for me to exchange my pit since i have the responsibility over it. Some adults just think i'm a pushover. Even the husband of the male said "just give it them. Forget it" thinking i'm some small kid and they have to give way to us because we are PITIFUL and not because we have the rightful ownership of the pit. Just boils my blood. Idiotic adults. I'm NO PUSHOVER.

Anyway, Hakim came, Cg people came, then Junhong, and Frederick came without warning. I was so excited. I thought he wasn't coming because Eugene said he couldn't make it. But he didn't know, so he came. Next amazing thing was that Eugene called and asked which pit i was at because he could come. And within 2minutes, he appeared. A great surprise. Next was Joshua, my cousin. He didn't even tell me that he was coming even though i sent the invitation. I was jumping for joy! Next was Glen and Jaan. Amazing. Then was Das, and lastly it was Runjin and her friends. Total amazement. I was just shocked. Total of 19 people including me. Many of which gave me a sweet surprise with their sudden appearances. (: Hmm. Well the food was great. Plenty spread of different kinds of food. So yeahh. As everyone left one-by-one, the only people left were me, glen, and jaan. Of which, Jun Hong and his gf left before us. We continued eating the remains and managed to finish everything. (: Only the fried rice and fried bee hoon was not finished. heh. But bbq food were all snapped up. (: Was craving for more chicken though. heh. (: At 1215am we went to take a cab to tpy. Jaan took it to amk, and glen alighted with me at tpy, helped me carry stuffs up, and i walked him home to potong pasir. After that cycled home alone. (:
