21 February 2008, Thursday Today after school i prepared myself for an uncalculated-distance route to train myself. It was to be towards the CBD area, then telok blangah, Bt Batok Road, Woodlands, yishun, and down to Tpy. It is basically one round around the western/central Singapore. I estimated it to be around 70KM long. I started off at around 315pm. Cycle towards the CBD area, and was off on Telok Blangah Road. But somewhere after the junction of the entrance to Labrador Park, my back tyre hit a drain gap and i knew i was in trouble. Straight away i stopped and i felt my tyre. An absolute immediate flat. I felt devastated. Telok Blangah is certainly not a place for a bike shop. I had no choice but to put it along Telok Blangah, hoping to get a miracle, but to no avail. So i just detoured and walked with the bike along South Buona Vista road to walk to Buona Vista. The walk from the place that i had the punture to Buona Vista took like an hour and a half. HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY. Well, today went out. Watched a movie with someone. The movie is called Kungfu Dunk if i'm not wrong. The Jay Chou one. Hmms, as quite okay laa. Anyway, feel a bit off now. Thats why i'm blogging. Apart from love, today is the first year since my uncle was cremated. It's also one year after Cookie disappeared through the window. Ohwells, somebody kill me. I dont wanna stay awake through today anymore. My heart is brokened, and i broke someone's as well.
This is the real diary i recorded for the past few days in my trip to Malaysia. It's a mixture of point form and paragraphs. 5 Feb today we took a cab over to kranji. The bus was super crowded. Was there around 7. The checkpoints were massively long at s'pore but not as long at malaysia. The bus queues esp the ones in s'pore are super long. We only boarded the bus at malaysia checkpoint at around 850am. We reached at abt 910 and we are eating at a malay roti prata shop. later at 1030 will take the bus to kuantan. The roti prata is very nice, soft, and smooth. It beats jalan kayu's roti prata. The only sad thing is the curry sucks. But after the rest finished, they brought in fish curry. It is the bombx! Luckily i havent started eating because i was recording down this entry. The combination of the good roti prata plus the fish curry is just heaven. No where in s'pore can this roti prata be bought even with all the riches of the world. ;D 2240- bus starts exiting lar...
Here To quickly post a quick post. I have been writing a journal for everyday but i cant seem to copy it over here. But anyway im just happy that i'm able to get wireless to blog now. Now i'm at the kuantan city. Basically i'm residing near my aunt's firend's house and it lies on the outskirts of kuantan, 13km from kuantan city. Everyday the friend's family ppl drives us to kuantan city for our eating and stuff. Theres like nth much to buy here. Ohwells. But basically, i'll reupdate this post when im back when i transfer everything i diary-ed on my phone to the com. Anyway, the checkpoint was super crowded on 5feb. And the bus ride was 6 hrs to kuantan including a 30min break. 6feb had a dinner at a restaurant in the city area. And yesterday (7feb) had a bit fun driving a scooter. Nth much happens here. Everyday is just slacking. But yesterday night we went over to the beach (west coast) and it was super nice. Though you cant see much, but its the south chin...
I'm most probably gonna be going to Kuantan, Malaysia during the CNY period. Rawr. Half of me wants to go, but half of me wants to stay. I wanna stay because its gonna be all the way till Sunday afternoon/evening. It's so long. And i dont know anyone there because it's my aunt's friend's family. ohwells. Hope i get to enjoy myself or at least not die of boredom over there.
